Villa Santa Margherita

This typical house, located on the hills of Liguria, with a view over the Gulf of Portofino, is surrounded by characteristic olive trees and is endowed with perfect exposure to sunlight. It was renovated with painstaking care to minute details reorganizing the distribution of internal and external spaces achieving a new housing organization. The architectural renovation of the two-floor building, made it possible to exploit previously unused spaces creating new ones and equipping the mansion with a spectacular swimming pool with adjoining fitness and relax facilities. The use of suitable materials allowed to integrate the house into the surrounding without impacting on the existing landscape: stone and wood were perfectly combined and blended together with the environment. Besides the house renovations, special care and attention were devoted to the recovery of the existing green areas leading to the new outdoor facilities suitable for lunch and relax.
